To my knowledge, there is no pdf version of the tutorial.
It is aimed at on-line use. Note that you can access
the tutorial not only on the ABINIT web site, but also
on your local copy of ABINIT.

As mentioned in the Infos/Tutorial/welcome.html :

Note that it can be accessed from the ABINIT web site as well as
   from your local ~ABINIT/Infos/Tutorial/welcome.html file.
   The latter solution is of course preferable, as the response time will be
   independent on the network traffic.

If you want a printed version of the tutorial, use the
print of your Web browser, for each tutorial file ...
