IFC is :
(1) an ABINIT utility, see, e.g.
 http://www.abinit.org/ABINIT/Infos_v4.0/ifc_help.htm
(2) unfortunately, it is also the Intel Fortran Compiler, released
 after the ABINIT "IFC".

There is little possibility to argue with Intel that they should
change the initials of their compiler :-(

Because other people have been confused by this problem,
the ABINIT IFC utility will be renamed "Analyzer of Derivative DataBase",
in short Anaddb, starting from v4.0.3 .
