For security reasons, people cannot SEE what is available in the
ftp://ftp.mapr.ucl.ac.be/pub/incoming
directory.

But the files from Marek are available ! Simply try
ftp://ftp.mapr.ucl.ac.be/pub/incoming/abinitv4.0.2.tar.gz
Your browser might complain, but finally, you will get the files !

Two additional things :
- Marek, to avoid any confusion, may I suggest that, in the
 future, you modify the name of modified versions. For example :
 abinitv4.0.2.modified_by_MKV.tar.gz
- The list of e-mail addresses of all the ABINIT contributors
 is available in ~ABINIT/Infos/contributors
 You might as well get the list of people registered on the
"announce" mailing list from the mailing list manager, from
 the Web site.
