The file is in the Tutorial directory. However, the treatment is fairly
primitive, unless you know matlab and can improve on it for your needs.
Various people use DataExplorer or other programs. I prefer xcrysden
(http://www-k3.ijs.si/kokalj/xc/Download.html now version 0.9.1)
for which there are explicit options in cut3d.
