- Subject: abinit on pc-clusters

Dear abinit users:
We are considering to buy a PC cluster with 32 CPUs connected by the Gb
Ethernets. The following is a test run report from the computer company. It
seems that abinit can not run well on PC clusters connected with Gb Ethernets.
Or is it because the optimization options used in the compilation flags are
not appropriate? Any suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated.
Best
