Hi Aman,

I don't think the problem is the abinit code. Taking cclock.c from
version 4.1.3 and compiling with MIPSpro 7.4 on IRIX 6.5.19f, I get
no errors:

59 gold,ritchie> /bin/cc -n32 -mips4 -r14000 -O3 -c cclock.c
60 gold,ritchie>

You probably have a more recent version of IRIX/MIPSpro. This looks
like an internal ompiler problem to me so I suggest contacting SGI
if you are on support. In them meantime, I wouold try reducing the
optimisation from O3 to see if that will get you past this.
