Hello Jim,

My suggestion is that You try to add the following linker-option 
in the makefile_macros file:
-bmaxdata:XXX

XXX is the maximum memorysize in Bytes (which depends on Your Hardware) 

For example:

> FLINK=-bloadmap:loadmap -bmaxdata:2048000000
                                                  
increases the availiable memory to  2 GB 

I had a similar problem at our SP4 and succeded with this ...
