Correction: my error, so to speak.
There is no reason in t21.in that iatsph should be used or even allocated,
since prtdos is not active. I've tried t21 on an alpha system, with and
without prtdos 2, and both work (with prtdos 2, nothing extra happens
because you only have 1 kpt, but it doesn't crash). The fact that iatsph
is used and false in this case probably means it was badly compiled
(always the machine's fault). This could either be bad HP support for a
f90 feature or inconsistent coding. I'll try to look into it.
