Dear Wu,

the input parameter you refer on is in fact not the plasma frequency
but a parameter of the plasmon pole model (excuse for the unhappy naming
chosen for).
In principle results do not change by changing it.
It's a good recipe to chose it to be close to the plasma frequency of
your material. Starting from the very last (4.3?) version, this is going
to be the default.
For previous versions, and if you are a purist of "ab initio",
set it at the classical plasma frequency by taking the reported
(in the log file) average density of the system and evaluate
omega_p = sqrt( 4 PI n ).
