For susk, I don't know, but for elphon there's a reason you don't know how
to use it and it's not documented: it doesn't work yet. My coding is
coming along quickly now, but nothing is commited yet and the present
version of abinit (4.3.2) does nothing useful AT ALL. As a matter of fact,
the code is very buggy as it stands. Please don't try to run it yet (my
reputation would suffer :).
4.4 will have a rudimentary version with electron phonon linewidths and
probably the alpha^2F function.
