Dear Abinit users,

Is there anybody who are familar with surface calculation and oxides ab 
initio research using abinit? I donot know whether abinit can do this? The 
oxides includes ZnO or Fe2O3 etc. And how to creat the surface cell, 
especially the interface between different films, such as ALAS/GaAs? I really 
need your advice.
