supplement:

before the step: make abinip,
because the original setup in 'makefile_macros':
FC=/opt/mpich-1.2.5.10-ch_p4-gcc/bin/mpif90,
one need to change the 'FC' in file 'makefile_macros' just like that
FC=/usr/local/mpi/bin/mpif90
