Dear all, When use anaddb
to process a response result *_DDB It can produce the frequency dependent dielectric
constant. Is this the infrared response? Because IR ative
modes contribute to this response, while Raman active modes not. An example is Test-V4/t54.in
and Test_v4/Refs/t54.out, t54.dat. so the t54.dat is the
