Dear Rongqin,

I believe so.  I have been involved in more than one project using
Opium generated psuedopotentials which gave good agreement with
experimental and other theoretical response-function results.

There is a brand new version of Opium available from
opium.sourceforge.net, version 1.0.1.  A new web page with updated
documentation will be uploaded soon.  I feel that this version is more
user friendly.
