Hi folks,

Apparently, "mrgdkk" has not been included in the ABINIT binary package 
so far.
In the latest versions (v.4.5.2, v.4.4.3, ...), ~ABINIT/makemake file 
reads:
PLATF_BINARY_AUX= anaddb aim cut3d mrgddb newsp lwf conducti band2eps

So, from the next release, this line would be (in alphabetical order),

PLATF_BINARY_AUX= aim anaddb band2eps conducti cut3d lwf ¥
macroave mrgddb mrggkk newsp optic

(i.e. the executable aux files "macroave, mrggkk, optic" have been 
missing ...
 So, such missing executable files are not limited to the MacOSX binary 
package.)
