Thanks a lot for your reply.

The electronic dielectric constants of some polar insulators have been
calculated in the paper PRB 58, 15292 (98). I wonder if this method can
be used to calculate the effective electronic dielectric constant of
wurtzite ZnO polar surfaces. Thanks again.
