Dear Homolya:
I don't know what's the quickest way to get the difference electron density.
But I can tell you how I get the the difference electron density of a
adsorbate-substrate system. The method I get it is through subtracting the
total electron density of adsorbate and substrate by the total electron
density of adsorbate-substrate system.
