Your answer is in my last mail, but also in the log file:

 Error: partial_dos_fractions needs all kpoints in memory
  mkmem, nkpt =            0          20

prtdos 3 does not work with mkmem /= nkpt. In the next version I hope it 
will be operational. I chose to make the error non-crashing so that the 
wavefunctions would be saved and so on, but a larger error message may be 
needed.
