There is no GUI to write ABINIT input files now, and we do not plan to
develop one in the near future (anyone interested?).

Why don't you follow the tutorial? Here is the one for the 4.5 version:

A tutorial about analysis tools is currently in preparation, and will be
uploaded within one month or two.
