Dear Alexey,

There is nothing wrong with your environment. What you just have to do
is recompile all the sources adding "-DNETCDF" in your makefile_macros,
i.e.:

CPP_FLAGS=-P -traditional -DNETCDF

I remind you that NetCDF support inside ABINIT is still experimental,
and has to be used with care.
