If you are only interested in phonons, it is OK to suppress the WFK  
files.
If you are interested in electron-phonon interaction, other infos  
from these files
might be important. Read the electron-phonon tutorial,  especially  
the parts
concerning the GKK files, before suppressing the WFK files.
