Hi all, 

 I was wondering if anyone has sucessfully compiled abinip (4.6.5)with 
Intel compilers (v8.1) and LAM-MPI.  If you have any relevant 
makefile_macros, please send them my way.  I have been able to compile it, 
however I am running into segmentation faults once the run starts.
