problem on cut3d to plot charge density

Dear all abinit users,

I am trying to plot 2D charge density. I set one atom as center position.
Unfortunately, the 2D contour plot does not show the center position is the
density of my appointed atom but there is a displcement.
Is there anyone else has such problem?
