Abinit 5.1.2: target tests_dev

Dear everyone,

I am looking for the nice "tests_dev" target in the Makefile of
Abinit-5.1.2. Unfortunately this doesn't exist anymore. I guess it was
taken out during the introduction of the new build-system with Abinit
5.0. Is there any possibility to make the tests automatically and get a
summary.tar.gz out of it?
