Hello,
I would like to do some help to fix this bug in abinitThis is a very good intention indeed and your help is accepted with high interest.
, but my currentDon't worry about that. In fact you can do one of the following :
revsion is based on 5.1.2 and involves changes in more than 10 routines. So
simply sending Abinit my source codes may complicate things
- get a clean 5.1.2 (without your changes) and make a diff with your tree. To do that type something like 'diff -rn path1 path2', but give a look to the man page of diff before. Then redirect the output into a file and send it to the developpers mailing list. We will integrate your patch into the HEAD revision of ABINIT.
- download a brand new 5.2.2 (or maybe still 5.2.0 on the web site at the present time) using the web site or Bazaar. Then try yourself to upgrade your changes from the 5.1.2 version to the new tree. Finally create again a diff patch (against a clean 5.2.x) and send it to the developpers mailing list.
Regards,
Damien.
