Pascal,
There are ultrasoft potentials available for some of these at the CAMPOS
site. I am looking at
http://oldwww.fysik.dtu.dk/CAMPOS/Documentation/Dacapo/PseudoPotentialOverView/index.html
although I am not sure this is the most up-to-date page.
(As you probably know, if you want to use these with ABINIT, you will
have to PAW-ize them -- see http://www.abinit.org/PAW/ .)
