Hi,

This kind of error happens with some systems. The definitive solution would be to add support in the build system for your compiler and architecture, but I don't have access to such a machine.

In the meantime, you may add the following line to your config file:

enable_smart_config="no"

This will allow to build ABINIT, but support for some external libraries such as NQXC and XMLF90 will not be possible anymore.
