In inwffil, you could comment the orthon in parallel by using (as it was 
performed in vtowfk.F90):

if(mpi_enreg%mode_para /= 'b') then
call orthon
endif


The inwffil subroutine calls wfsinp, which one calls wfconv, which one 
calls orthon.
