Ok, I am trying to put in dopants, And the percentage would be low. I
wanted to construct a supercell for this reason. I am very new to abinit
and don't know the capabilities of the code as yet.

After building one, I want to compute band gaps.

Although I am new in abinit community but I feel you question is not
clear. For what purpose do you want to use supercell (impurity, thin
films, clusters, ...). And for making such supercell what you expect
from abinit to do?
