No - for the moment spin is not included in the whole of the 
electron-phonon. Some parts should be ok, but no testing has been done and 
the code will refuse to go on. The changes shouldn't be too big, but 
someone else will have to do them. Interesting stuff though!

check pwscf perhaps?
