Hello,
The extended norm-conserving is just a name, they're still norm
conserving. The PAW should work soon, but I don't know if that is
committed in the 5.3.0 version.
Beware however that conducti doesn't use any GW stuff, it's RPA level
conductivities, as is the optics code.
