Title: Message
V2O5 has complicated/interesting solid state chemistry. There are a number of published structures, all similar but not exactly the same. The attached CIF file represents a fairly standard structure. See the reference therein, and be prepared to search back through the literature in some detail for more structures. It may be that the surface film structure is rather different from the bulk crystal.

Good luck,
Joe

Dear Abinit Users!
I have a project to study adsorption CxHy on V2O5 thin film.
I can't find structure of V2O5 Crystal. Any body can help me to get a cif file (or xyz file) of V2O5 unit cell.
Thank you very much for your help.
