V2O5
has complicated/interesting solid state chemistry. There are a number of
published structures, all similar but not exactly the same. The attached CIF
file represents a fairly standard structure. See the reference therein, and be
prepared to search back through the literature in some detail for more
structures. It may be that the surface film structure is rather different from
the bulk crystal.
