hi,
You may want to use variables like STMBIAS and PRTSTM in you input.
See : http://abinit/Infos_v5.2/input_variables/keyhr.html

Dear Abinit users,
I want to do STM simulations of In/Si(111) surface.
Is it possible to get STM simulation in abinit?
Would you give me any comments about how to do STM simulation of surface?
Is any format or example to STM simulations?
Please, give me any comments~!
Thank you~!
Best regards,
Yunhee Chang
