Dear Waigen Zhang,

If you would like to use "NetCDF" feature in ABINIT,
you will need to recompile with "--enable-netcdf" etc.
(kinldy see by typing "./configure -help | less", and
 and check the descriptions about NetCDF.)

In any case, please take a look at "cut3d help"
(www.abinit.org/Infos_v5.3/users/cut3d_help.html etc.)
as well (if needed).
