This happens because you are trying to mix 32 and 64-bits libraries.

You may try to recompile passing the "--enable-64bits-flags" to the "configure" script. If this still doesn't work, you will have to provide the correct compile options yourself (see ~abinit/doc/config/build-config.ac for details).
