In the manual
1. 0 <= gwcalctyp <= 9 : standard "1 shot" quasiparticle method 
2. 10 <= gwcalctyp <= 19 : self-consistent quasiparticle method on energies 
only 
3. 20 <= gwcalctyp <= 29 : self-consistent quasiparticle method on energies 
and wavefunctions 
 

I think case 1 corresponding to G0W0.
Case 2. when caculating G and W, it uses LDA wave functions, and update the 
quasiparticle eignvalues.
Case 3. when caculating G and W, it uses quasipartecle wave functions and 
eignvalues.
This is right?
