Dear Abiniters

I propose to specify rprim in the tutorial of response function:
tests/tutorial/Input/trf1_1.in .

I started an own configuration from this file and didn't realize that it 
uses the unit matrix. I was puzzled for some weeks, why I always 
obtained stresses when perfoming RF calculations. (I posted on February about 
this, when I suspected ecutsm as error, and not myself.)
