This typo indeed caused all my problems. Before posting, I tried to use geometry builder in abinit to build my whole crystal. However using 'brvlatt' instead 'brvltt' didn't allow me to get what I needed.
P.S. "brvlatt" is a typical typo; "brvltt" is correct.
