You can use the option ./configure --with-mpi-prefix=xxxx
After "=" is the path where your mpi is installed.

Hello
I have downloaded version 5.4.3 onto the front end of our IBM SP cluster. If I just "install" using configure then no support for MPI is given. In the archive advice for ABINIT version 4 regarding SP compilation is given. However, I could not easily apply the advice to version 5.4.3.

For example If I type "make abinip" I get errors that are difficult to decipher.
