These are nothing to worry about: most of your values are almost at tolerance, apart from the Lattice Wannier function one, which is still very experimental.
Usually a standard distributed version will either be fine (like yours) or crash at some point if there is a proper bug. Degradation of precision is rare, and mainly happens in quite experimental bits of the code.
