Hi Bruno

Thank you for the recipe. But I want to ask one thing. What about interatomic bond length. Must I consider them too? As long as I know, there are 16 bonds in one cell of GaAs

Hello,

It's very easy. Here is one recipe:
1- for a given acell, you vary ecut and draw ETOT versus ecut. According
to the accuracy you want, you choose ecut.
2- for your chosen ecut, you vary acell and draw ETOT versus acell
