Dear colleagues,

this is an announcement of the RPM build instructions for the latest stable
version of abinit (http://www.abinit.org/package/?text=5_4_4)
for  EL4/EL5 and FC8/FC9:

Moreover, let me add, that Atomic Simulation Environment (ASE)
(https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/ase) provides a python interface to abinit.
Using this interface, e.g. the bulk Silicon calculations from
https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/ase/ase/calculators/abinit.html
can be run as simple as `python script.py`.
