This is not a bug of Abinit, but of your Fortran compiler. Please  
submit a bug report to them.

In the meantime you can try to reconfigure Abinit using:

  ../configure --enable-optlevel="safe"

or (if it still doesn't work):

  ../configure FCFLAGS="-O2"
