Dear Josef,

Francesco will be of great help. I've compiled a plain static binary
pacakges for the ETSF software repository - can be reached for the
moment at http://www.etsf.be/downloads/ETSF_softlib/

site is not broken - for the moment :-). It's reachable at
http://www.bethe-salpeter.org/

Kind regards,

Alain
