Hello Vikas,

What I can tell you is that my abinit 5.6.4 binaries - gfortran-4.2.4 don't produce an error with this particular test.
I am not saying that "make check" doesn't work but idea for running the tests is to cd to the tests directory and invoke a "make tests_min" or "make tests_acc" ... then to have a look in the summaryfldiff files to track down the bad results. Please show at least the diff.tr2_7 or better the summaryfldiff files if too many failed tests are returned.

Kind regards,

Alain

Hello,
I generated the binaries using the "configure" and "make install" commands on my amd-opteron-ubuntu-gfortran system. When I run the "make check" command it clears the five tests but gives the error in "~/abinit-5.6.4/tests/tutorespfn/Refs/trf2_7.out" after testing a lots of ".out" files.
Can I still use the executables in "~/abinit-5.6.4/src/main/" directory. Or can I remove this error.
Kindly help.
Kind regards,
