I guess you could have a look at Abinit tutorials. Especially those on
response function this will help you getting what you want out of
Abinit : http://www.abinit.org/Infos_v5.5/tutorial/welcome.html .
On the Debye model and its relation with response function
calculation, in case this in not clear for you, have a look at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debye_model .
