Dear All,

After some problems trying to do a self-consistent GW calculation with 
5.7.2 on my personal cluster, I switched my MPI from mpich2 to 
openmpi-1.3, thinking my crashes might be network-related.  To run on 
more than one node of my cluster, I finally found that I had to 
configure abinit with enable_stdin="no".  While this is a minor nuisance 
I can live with, I wonder if anyone else has encountered and/or solved 
this problem with openmpi.  More details including a little program that 
will reproduce the problem and my openmpi configure options are in the 
tarball.
