Dear All,
I have a question about screening calculation of GWA.
The output of screening calculation for every transferring momenta gives
message about "Average fulfillment of the sum rule on Im[epsilon] for q-point". I read several related literatures, and donot find
detailed formula for this sum rule . Would you please give me some related references for _expression_ of this sum rule ?
