Dear Yee Yan,

I'm currently doing such kind of calculations myself with abinit.

Two PRL's have been published recently on this topic by two other groups.
I don't have the exact references, but you can look for
_ a PRL from Arno Schindlmayr and Matthias Scheffler in Berlin
_ an other PRL from Patrick Rinke and Chris van de Walle in Santa Barbara.

You should be aware first of all that this type of calculations are 
cumbersome...

I would like seek your advise if in the current development of GW
method in Abinit, is it possible to calculate the defect level in the
bandgap of wide band gap semiconductor when point defect is present?
