No. But there is a probable work-around.

I suggest you to use a config file (see ~abinit/doc/config/build-config.ac
for a template), putting the following line inside:

  fcflags_opt_72_response="-O0"

This should allow for a successful build, at the expense of a little loss of
optimization.
